Inder Mohan Anandi is the visionary Founder and Director of I-Care Formulations, based in Sydney, Australia. With a strong academic foundation—a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Mumbai University and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from SIES, Mumbai—Inder brings over two decades of industry expertise to the organization.

With a deep understanding of the regulatory landscapes across emerging markets, Inder has played a pivotal role in shaping I-Care Formulations into a globally respected pharmaceutical enterprise. His strategic foresight and operational insight have been instrumental in driving the company’s innovation, supply chain efficiency, and market competitiveness.

Known for his ability to build and nurture strong business networks, Inder combines regulatory acumen with relationship management—ensuring I-Care remains agile, compliant, and customer-focused in an evolving healthcare ecosystem.

With over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Sanjay Kaul brings deep expertise in P&L management, business operations, sales force effectiveness (SFE), and cross-cultural team leadership. His diverse experience spans both domestic and international markets, including more than 25 years in India and over a decade across global regions such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia. Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at some of the most respected pharmaceutical organizations, including:

Dr. Chandra Shekhar Banerjee

  • He is a graduate in pharmaceutical sciences with a B. Pharm, followed by an MBA and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management.
